With 'Soul Sustenance', I provide guidance, encouragement, and a much-needed sense of belonging on your journey to your Highest Self.   ​I provide you with a safe space to be seen, heard, and valued, and, practices that can help you cultivate a deeper connection with your spiritual self.  ​Remember that the journey is not always easy and it is okay to seek help and guidance.  ​ Soul Sustenance, defined... In a fast-paced world filled with constant demands and distractions, it's important to take the time to nourish your soul. Soul sustenance involves feeding your inner being with things that bring you joy, peace, comfort, and fulfillment.  Taking care of your soul is essential for your overall well-being. By prioritizing soul sustenance, you can cultivate a deep sense of inner peace and resilience to navigate life's challenges with grace and strength. Remember, nourishing your soul is not a luxury but a necessity for a balanced and fulfilling life. 'Soul Sustenance' is a 3-month program and includes one 90-minute session per month, uniquely catered to you.  Our monthly session will incorporate a combination of various healing modalities that may include, MINDSET WORK guided meditation, visualization, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) ENERGY WORK Reiki, sound healing, energy balancing, cord cutting, and EFT/Tapping SOMATIC WORK nervous system regulation, movement, embodiment, and breathwork SOUL WORK manifestation, processing feelings & emotions, inner child work, shadow work, soul purpose, and gratitude In between sessions, Voxer support will be available.  You can connect with me when you need assistance navigating situations, seeking motivation, processing thoughts, and more. You are signing up for a 3-month service.  You will be charged $300 each month for 3 months.
