They are spurring you forward.
Those people that hurt you aren’t acting out of malice.
They are lost and hurt souls, just like you.
The darkness is merely cover until you are strong enough to face the brightest and most beautiful light shining down on you.
We face obstacles only to be able to make it to the other side of them, wiser, stronger, and freer.
How does it change things for you if you ask, “What is the message?” instead of “Why does this have to happen to me?”
I know what it feels like.
I learned every lesson the hard way.

Keep going.
Keep facing those demons.

They had to exist.

Then, you will take all that you learned, and you will turn around to help the lost soul behind you.
