Session Format + Logistics
Session Length: 90 minutes
Location: Offered virtually via Zoom or in-person at my healing space in Billerica, MA
What You’ll Need for Remote Sessions: A quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax. A pillow & blanket, water, journal (optional), and open heart are helpful.
Aftercare: You’ll receive optional reflection prompts and grounding tips to support integration after your session.
Investment: $188 per session
