This is a 6-week guided experience designed to support you step-by-step

We begin April 6th.

Each week, you’ll receive:

Simple, grounded guidance you can listen to on your own time

✨ Reflection + self-work prompts
Designed to help you apply what you’re learning in a way that feels real and doable

Every two weeks, we’ll come together for a live integration session
(3 total throughout the experience)

These sessions are a space to:

• reflect on what’s coming up for you
• deepen your understanding
• reconnect with yourself in real time

You are always welcome to simply listen; sharing is never required.

If you’d like a little more personalized guidance, you can choose to add:
