Each Sacred Alignment Session is a unique, intuitively guided experience — co-created in the moment to support exactly what your body, mind, and soul need most. With deep presence and reverence, we draw from a wide range of healing modalities to help you feel grounded, empowered, and aligned from within. What may be included: ✨ Energy Healing You’ll be held in a calming field of energy work that may include Reiki, crystal healing, and sound healing with singing bowls, rattles, drums, tuning forks, rainsticks, and other sacred instruments. These tools gently support energetic release, nervous system regulation, and a return to balance. 🌀 Soul Coaching & Inner Work We may explore what's rising for you through a blend of: Mindset & Awareness Practices: meditation, CBT-based reframing, visualization, and mindfulness Somatic Tools: breathwork, EFT tapping, nervous system support, and embodiment practices Soul Work: exploring gratitude, purpose, feelings, inner desires, and reconnecting to your essence 🌿 Intuitive Guidance & Support Every session is infused with intuitive insight, offering gentle reflections, spiritual guidance, and archetypal or oracle wisdom when desired. Optional rituals, practices, or journal prompts may be offered to deepen integration after the session.
